250 g self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup powder sugar
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons liquid (milk and water)
125 g butter
Place in a bowl the flour, powder sugar and baking powder, sifted previously
Add the butter and mix until it has a sandblasted consistency, this can be done with a fork
Add two yolks and liquid (milk and water). Gather it into a ball, wrap it in cling film and chill it for at least 1 hour.
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead it briefly, divide the dough into two parts, one larger than the other
Roll out the larger dough with a roller or rolling pin
Grease and flour a spring form 24 cm. in diameter
Roll the dough over the rolling pin and cover the form, remove excess
Put the jam (see my bio jam post) over the dough, spread it around the base and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll out the smaller piece of dough and cut strips to form a lattice. Cover with a lattice work crust, pressed down firmly on the ends to join the dough base
Mix remaining egg yolk with milk and brush the strips with the aid of a brush
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C for 25-30 minutes
Leave to cool on a wire rack and enjoy it!!!!
