I got this Selva Negra cake from my friend Flor, she made it herself and I still remember it was sublime, so I searched for the recipe, of course a Peruvian version, just to remember how great it is!
It is so easy to make and an excellent option to impress your friends or family for a special occasion. And remember to use good quality pure chocolate and a good Kirsch.
