It was a challenge to make this wedding cake for me. Simplicity and delicious flavours combination define this lovely cake. I covered every layer with white chocolate ganache.
Orange, strawberry and raspberries sponges. Layers are soaked with syrup and filled with cheese cream icing and homemade compote.
